RETURNS AND REFUNDS


1. Contact Us to Request a Return
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to request a return.
Late requests may not be accepted.


2. Return Window
Once the return is approved, the item must be returned within 14 days and must be in the
same condition as received (unused, undamaged, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories).


3. Return Shipping / Costs

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you choose to use your own carrier, any additional fees (customs, duties, etc.) will also be deducted.

  • For international returns, the customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and import fees.


4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized items

  • Items showing wear, stains, odor, or damage beyond original condition

  • Items missing accessories or parts


5. Refund Processing
After we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, the refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account (varies by bank/payment provider).


6. Additional Notes

  • Please include “RETURN-CARGO” on the package.

  • The return label will be issued after your return request is approved.

  • Always use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number.

  • This policy may be updated periodically — see “Last updated” below.
