Returns and Refund

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.

*We accept returns that are sent back to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as when sold, unless otherwise agreed upon.

How to Return an Item

1. Please ensure to write "RETURN-CARGO" on the package and use the POST OFFICE for the return shipment. Using a different carrier may incur additional costs, and the buyer will be responsible for these extra shipping charges. We will deduct the amount of the extra charge from your refund.

2. After returning the item, please provide us with the tracking number.
   *The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
   

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund through Shopify. Please allow several days for the refund process to be completed.
