Returns and Refund



Unfortunately we can not accept returns for the item which paid via PayPal except the currency of USD. (since there is a fee to convert to USD from different currency and we are not able to refund it through the certain currency since we only have fund for USD) we can accept returns from PayPal payment if the currency was paid in USD. (if the bellow return policy is followed)


If you would like to return the item for any reason, please contact us first within 5 days of your receipt.

We accept returns which are sent back to us within 14 days of your receipt in the same condition as it was sold, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please make sure to write "RETURN-CARGO" on the package when you are sending back the item, and please send back the item using via POST OFFICE.
If you use different carrier to send back the item it might cost extra and the buyer has to be responsible for the extra shipping or extra charge, and we are going to have to deduct the amount of extra charge from the refund.
All you set, please let us know the tracking number.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping either charges.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund your original payment through PayPal.
Please allow us several days to complete the refund process.

If you wish to return the item for the reason of example: the color looked different on the computer screen or phone screen, the size was too small or too big (we make sure to state the size of the item in the description)
There is a chance of us asking you to pay for the shipping cost or deduct the shipping cost we paid from the refund since we offer free shipping worldwide.
 (International shipping cost can be pretty pricy so this is why we have to ask for the shipping cost when there is a return request from above reason)
